Yeah, the course looks really good. I've been looking through the actual content of the descriptions and they have good coordinators and, as mentioned, the organisation is excellent. Funny thing that, being basically run by a bunch of people who bridge the divide between professional association and trade union.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets telephone tech support that would not pass the Turing Test.
I was.. a little surprised. I was more surprised by the reaction of the email helpdesk people. I mean, they're supposed to be 'level 2'.
