Um ... Perhaps Pell needs to again look into the events leading upto and including the refoemation. There is a REASON there are few remaining "organised" Christian death cults. Fundamentalist Islam may purge in the same way I suspect, in another 100 years or so. This will probably be the next great stretch of peace.
