The biggest problem and biggest opportunity remains Russia. Get Austria to adopt a holding in the Balkans. Concentrate on taking Warsaw and march onwards. Let Austria have Warsaw (ultimately it will be a pain to hold) and Moscow. Scandanavia (and St Petersberg) should be your medium-term targets.
The Italians are being very strange indeed. Their maneuvers are almost suicidal, in a manner that is destructive to anyone around them.
