I just downloaded the 109p free sample version... Oy vey.. By the second page any claim to historical accuracy is thrown out the window. For the purposes of the game, Europe is utterly isolated from outside influences and Xianity never arrived. They say this, with no sense of anachronism, that the date is 1335 A.D..
The game, if we can call it that, includes references on a page-by-page basis to the more base and pathological aspects of human behaviour.
The there is the tables and calculations ...so many of them... The finger precision table.. the d1000000 roll for "freakdom"... women who have a minus to their ability to do maths, but a plus to intuition and appearance.. nipple length, vaginal depth potential, cup size, tongue size, anal circumference potential.. "manhood" size.. foot size!
OK, I give up. You trolled me. Historical accuracy and realism indeed.
Interestingly, their reference section doesn't include any the classic scholarly texts either on historical development or mythology.
