As much as my politics is on the socialist side of the equation (and George was, a little, for the "commanding heights" of the economy), I am flabbergasted that so many pro-capitalist advocates don't seem to read the material from their own people. Smith, Ricardo, Mill... Heck even up to Milton Friedman (who, in other circumstances, even argued for effective slavery through investment), all> of them recognise the difference between produced capital and natural resources.

The monopolisation of the latter is a moneterised feudalism, not even capitalism.
