I've been feeling a bit out-of-sorts the past few days, due to various tensions. The GPGPU project is having final week jitters with our HPL/Linpack tests not quite getting the ratings that we would want to see. Another issue is an article I'm writing for Isocracy on the events of May '68 in France. They have loomed large over my political and aesthetic viewpoint for a long time that I can describe what happened for hours on end - but when I have to condense it all to 1500 words for once I find myself tortured for efficiency.

A couple of days ago attended another training course for the University's Management Development Programme, this one entitled Leading Teams Through Change. I was less than impressed with the rather superficial content and delivery. In better news, attended the University House chamber music concert the evening proir and was particularly happy with the performance of Granados' El Amor y La Muerte, even if the concluding jazz piano pieces were an unwelcome inclusion. Hans B., and John E. were also present and we stayed with them for a dinner with wide-ranging discussions.

Run a session of Eclipse Phase last Sunday as the Sentinels made their way into the destroyed Barcelona landscape; the inclusion of a smart-rat named 'Basil' was necessary. Have also completed a write-up for the prior session in Ibiza. Tonight will be running a session of Exalted, and have finished a write-up of the prior session for that game as well.
