Looks like they need a structure that allows delegation or clarification of roles, with the committee reporting on their actions at committee meetings and perhaps by email between meetings.
That's pretty much what I sent off today :)
As for Chifley: Are you stating that they teach, but do not apply, ongoing reviews and improvement?
That has been wryly noted by some students and alumni.
