FWIW I sent the email to your (old?) address at Wehi and Margo H's on the 7th of August from lev at levlafayette .... I'm sure there are others as well..Amazingly, the domain hasn't been snaffled by cybersquatters. ... A whois says that it is still in my control, although I'm not sure for how long! I'll try to get it revived...
