Well, the St. Kilda flat was positively tiny (albeit with some very cute features), but the Ripponlea one is of a more useful size. Although following discussion last night casopaya and I have agreed that both are deco period rather than one being noveau.
Now just to move into our 1990s produced townhouse in Second Empire grounds. Damn, where did all those books come from?
