Heh, just shows that we have similar tastes. :)
I suspect we're going to like the complex. The grounds are gorgeous and of course there's a lot of entertaining facilities as well. Not to mention the surrounds of the Yarra Bend parklands.
Plus it's an ideal place to play Call of Cthulhu.
