I still find the supposed national differences between Bosniak, Serb and Croatian entirely based on irrational religious suppositions; they really aren't separate nationalities in a meaningful sense of the word.

Explain "nationality" in a "meaningful sense", not connected to 19th Century "blood and soil" ideology.
