With VCL and Isocracy meetings, is there a regular pattern or set dates for them? I struggle to get there when it's only a weeks notice as I've usually got things booked in already and don't like cancelling on people at the last minute, so if there can be 3-4 weeks notice I'd be able to prioritise these meetings a bit better :)
