Orbital and Hawkwind, in close proximity. Yes, this is drifting toward the kind of setlist I would make.
Hawkwind invented trance as far as I'm concerned :)
So while condos and things continue to go up in Toronto, some of the developers are keen on preserving the look of the neighbourhood.
A very sensible approach. Poor ol' Detroit could do with this kind of thinking.
